SECOND OPINION: Need another opinion of your work before you begin overhauling it with edits from beta readers or developmental editors? Sometimes authors and editors don’t agree on notes or direction and a second, objective opinion is needed. I’ll review your editor’s notes with you then do a read through with those editorial notes in mind to provide you with a full assessment of which notes are worth implementing, which notes are up to personal preference, which notes might not be in line with what’s best for the manuscript to gain representation, and which notes could work with a little compromise and fresh perspective.
SCREENPLAY SCAN: You’ll receive a comprehensive coverage assessing the strengths and weaknesses of screenplays for structure, theme, character arcs, tension and stakes, dialogue and subtext, development potential, marketability, and production budget vs. realistic box office ROI analysis based on fifteen years as a working screenwriter and over five years as a studio development analyst.
